Come & relax in this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath 2178 sq. ft. vacation rental that is ideal for larger families or a group of up to 12! The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony also has a view of Hole #1 on Branson' Premier Golf Course. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom (loft) has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom (loft) has two twin beds. There are two sofa beds included.

One sofa bed is in the living room with cable TV and DVD player and the other is in the cozy upstairs living room area. Lots of games and board games come with the condo for hours of enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with a little one. Free high speed Wi-Fi is also included.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with table and bar seating and a high chair. Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, and pots and pans are all included. Comes with a large front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

The condo has 3 full bathrooms (one being an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom) and we also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide comfortable towels and linens.

Minutes away from endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake or check out family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and restaurants to enjoy.

Pointe Royale is in a gated community. We provide two access cards which allow you access to the owners side of the entrance to the community as well as access to the fitness center and the pools.

This is a second floor condo and does require 16 steps to access with no elevator access.
