Quiet with lots of privacy. Beautiful view on a 4 acre property. Extra large private room and bathroom with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The room is part of the house but secluded from the main house. Super clean and spacious. A rarity in this area. 15 min to the nearest beach, 10 min to the Speedway, 20 min to Sarasota Airport. 11 miles to the nearest hospital. Close to several wedding venues, i.e. 5 minutes to Baker's Ranch and 10 minutes to The Barn at Lone Oak Acres.

Nice Room, thoughtful extras
Nice, clean, large room. A few snacks and complimentary bottles of water, too. Also rents space on property to mobile homes, but absolutely no noise or commotion from those while I was there. If you couldn't see them, you would not know they are there.

Escape the cold
The property is nice quite and private, easy access to attractions. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. The host is very responsive and kind.

My husband and 3 wonderful kids live on the property along with our small Yorkie and two outdoor cats. I worked for many years with seniors as a social worker. My husband was a chemist and now works for himself as a handyman. We always strive to find more time to be with our kids knowing they will grow up and move away before we know it. I enjoy hosting and making sure my guests are comfortable during their stay.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a community that has a nice mixture of homes with acreage and HOA communities. There is an outlet mall nearby with many places to eat. We are half a mile to the Manatee River where you can launch a boat or go kayaking or canoeing.
