A fabulous built-in custom dining room complete with banquet and extra storage can seat at least 15. Upgraded kitchen tile and tiled knee wall at the island. Beautiful wood look plank flooring runs throughout this penthouse condo. Upon entry, you will find a very spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to the over-sized living room where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The entire living spaces offers picturesque coastal views with oversized sliding doors that allow the natural light in throughout the entire condo. Off the living room, you will find a screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or dine alfresco. This condo features 3 full-size bedrooms, two of which are primary suites with ensuite bathrooms that feature king-size beds. The other bedroom features double twin bunk beds and sofa where the kids can relax and watch their favorite movies. Are you a Freedom Boat Club Member? Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
