Well-appointed studio unit in the Kona Islander Inn. Beautiful tile flooring with a mixture of modern and island themed décor create the perfect setting for your island getaway.

The comfortable king-sized bed sits atop a custom-built platform loaded with storage space to fit your needs. The bedroom area is equipped with an A/C unit, ceiling fan and 42" flat screen smart TV. Please note: pictures were taken before the new TV was installed. Step out onto the private lanai with seating for two and enjoy the tropical air.

The kitchen has been upgraded with elegant granite counter tops and comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, dishes and more.

This unit also has an adjoining unit next door if you are traveling with family or friends. Please inquire for more information if you would like to book both units.

The Kona Islander Inn opens up directly onto Alii Drive and the heart of downtown Kona. You'll be within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shopping and more. As a guest at the Kona Islander Inn, you will have access to the complex amenities including the pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. There are coin-operated laundry machines on-site with a vending machine to get quarters. The inn is also located less than 10 miles from Kona International Airport and Kona Community Hospital. Free parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Wonderful place and location
Thank you for the wonderful experience at your unit! From arrival to departure, it was a great experience. We encountered an issue but it was resolved so quickly and seamlessly. We hope to return one day because this place and location and all it had to offer was exactly what we needed. Mahalo 🌺🌺

Perfect central location!
Nicely renovated condo in ideal central location. We participated in Ironman and it was great to be close to the start/ finish and all events. The condo had everything we needed. We would defininitely choose to stay here again.

Bumpy start, smooth finish
It would be a five star review except for our arrival. We arrived after a long 7hour flight at 10:30pm at night to be told we did not have a room and that it would be impossible to check in without first island reality uploading us as guest in their computer system. They wouldn’t open until 8am the next morning. This apparently happened even though I had paid in full and had the receipts and an email telling me to check in at the front desk with my ID. After contemplating spending the night in our rental car and fruitlessly trying to see if another hotel had a room. (They didn’t) First island reality after hours called back around 1am and confirmed us as guest and we were given a door code. We were never offered any discount or compensation for this and the front desk and first island reality blamed each other for the problem. Double check to make sure they have you in their system. It sucks a lot to arrive jet lagged and be treated like a vagrant without a reservation.

We did enjoy our stay, with a few hiccups. Wifi cut out after two days ,not really a kitchen to cook in with just a small hot plate, clean and comfortable.

Perfect location
Small but functional room with a comfortable bed. Great neighbourhood for walking with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lots of charm, free on-site parking if you’re quick but also free street parking.
