Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great resort and beach location. The condo was great nothing bad to say, the kitchen was very well stocked with what you needed. Very spacious, the balcony was a plus in the evening looking over the beach. Definitely will come again.

Family Vacation
This is a very nice condo with an amazing view. We very much enjoyed our stay. There are just a few minor tweaks that would really put it over the top. Some updated living room furniture. Pull out sofas are notorious for being uncomfortable to sit on. This one is no exception. There is a smart tv in the living area, but we weren't given the Roku pin to be able to log in to our streaming apps. Upon contacting the rental agency, they were sorry they didn't have the pin but also didn't offer to reach out to the owner to try and get it for us. Maybe it wasn't possible to do that? There is cable tv, but as Roku users ourselves, it would have been great to be able to make use of the smart tv option. All that aside, it's a lovely condo. Amelia Island is our family's happy place. We've never had a bad day there in the many, many years of visiting and staying at Turtle Dunes.
