About the Space:
The Village at Mammoth is the most desirable location to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location host to events and activities, excellent restaurants, shopping, yoga and more! The gondola offers easy access to Canyon Lodge for ski-in/ski-out and bike park experience (check Mammoth Mountain website for Canyon Lodge operation dates).
This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is a corner unit, sharing only one wall, and providing extra windows and light to take in the gorgeous scenery. The property is a larger floorplan, with 935 sq. ft. of living space - comfortably accommodating 6 people. The open living area offers a bright and warm space, with updated, high-end furnishings, upgraded light fixtures, and new carpeting throughout. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, large flatscreen TV with smart features, and an ambient gas fireplace. The dining area is directly off the kitchen and living area with seating for 4. The kitchen has been upgraded with refinished cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and comes fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a good-sized private patio with seating area, with beautiful mountain and forest views.
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. The master bedroom has new furniture and offers a king-sized mattress, flatscreen TV, and closet/ dresser space. There is an ensuite master bathroom with double vanity with granite countertops, walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a single over queen bunk with new mattresses, flatscreen TV and closet space. The second bathroom is located directly outside of the second bedroom, with an oversized granite countertop vanity and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room, gym, a secure garage parking, EV/Tesla charging stations, ski lockers and bike storage.
There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.
