10 minutes to - Sea World, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, and PB
15 minutes to - La Jolla Cove, UCSD, etc.

I am right next door, and can help with anything that's needed, 24/7. I love to meet my guests in person if possible, and show them around this beautiful home, and am always a text or call away.

Nice Place On Canyon
Very Nice house with two nice decks overlooking the canyon Desks have a lot of comfortable chairs and tables. Stairs to lower large deck might be a bit steep for small children. We had a large group dinner on the lower deck. The decks are a bit hot at noon, very nice morning and evening. Ample parking on the street with one off street. Very nice interior with comfortable furniture and beds. Fold out bed was average. Nice kitchen on main floor with a breakfast nook that looks out over canyon. Bathrooms nice, a little on the small side though functional. Within reasonable (15-20 minutes) walking distance of Trader Joes, Great Maple, and Park Street restaurants, walking through nice neighborhoods.

Wonderful Stay With Amazing Views!
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful renovated bungalow. It was comfortably appointed and perfect for our family stay. We enjoyed meals on the outside deck listening to birds and overlooking the canyon. Our host was so hospitable and made himself available if ever there was a need. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone else ready to enjoy some relaxation and vacation time in the San Diego area. 5+ stars!

Why they chose this property

I found this home for sale while walking my dog around the block, and instantly fell in love. Not only does it feel like a cozy cabin home, the back patios and decks and large banana, olive trees and cactus give it a prehistoric jungle treehouse vibe. Solar panels power the house completely, and there is so much to explore in and around this house! Oh... and can we talk about how easy it is to walk to Trader Joes, Ralphs, Starbucks and all the quaint local shops, bars and eateries?
