3 bedroom home right of way to private beach, with deck and enclosed porch

Relaxing island getaway. Foot traffic ferry service from Portland and Yarmouth. Access to kayaks, and bikes. Water views and right of way to shore. Deck, enclosed porch. Outdoor shower. On island market, boatyard/gas station/sandwich shop, and hotel dining available. No vehicle rentals or taxi service on island at this time. The island is the largest in Casco Bay, and the home is approximately a mile from the closest ferry landing. “Chebeague transportation Company” provides car transport on a regular basis, reservations for such should be scheduled after booking.

Amazing Island Getaway
We had an incredible time staying at this rental on Chebeague! The location was stunning, great views of the ocean, and the cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped. Overall highly recommended!

Great maine stay
My family stayed here the week of my wedding at the Chebeague island inn. Posts were very accommodating and made sure there was a pack and play available for my niece. My Family loved the available kayaks and make use of the porch and grill. They rented a golf cart for the week which helped them get around the island.

Family Time
A wonderful place to get away and spend time with family. The house is complete with Kayaks and bikes that keep everyone active and happy. Walking distance to market and golf course. Owner is easy to communicate with. A view of the bay is a bonus!!!!!

The Bowen House was superb. Thank you Danielle for your great communication and lovely home. Great location - near the beach, market and other activities. Only regret is not staying longer!

Great Spot for a Wedding Weekend
We stayed at the house with some friends for a wedding at the inn. It was perfect for the long weekend we were there. We were walking distance from the little market on island and an easy shuttle from the inn. The house was cozy and had all of the essentials we needed for the weekend. Wish the weather was better, but we were able to spend time on the covered porch in the rain. Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to spend some time on the island!
