From a sweeping 6th-floor view to a bright, spacious layout, Oceanwalk 11-604 grants guests a peaceful retreat to catch up on R&R. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo was made for a group of six. You and yours will love its ample amenities, fantastic on-site pools and facilities, and the non-driving beach across from the complex.

Relaxation begins the moment you step through the door. This 2,020 sqft condo boasts of an open layout composed of white walls and light flooring.

Settle into your getaway by stepping into the kitchen for a snack. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry will make you feel at home. You can put your favorite recipes to the test as the kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, cookware, a toaster, drip coffee maker, and even an espresso machine! When you're ready to eat, you can dine at the breakfast bar for three or the dining table for four.

When you aren't relaxing in a beach chair, you'll find yourself stretched out in the living room. The room holds a modern, leather sectional and leather armchair. You won't have to worry about missing your favorite shows as the 44" Smart TV has cable, streaming service apps, and a DVD player.

As you wind down for the evening, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy it on the furnished balcony. This space overlooks Oceanwalk's lovely pond and grounds. When you're ready for bed, you'll find the balcony has two private entrances leading to the primary and third bedroom.

Those staying in the primary suite are provided with a king bed, 45" Smart TV, accent couch, and adjoining bathroom. The primary bathroom will elevate your nighttime routine as it boasts of a walk-in shower, jetted bathtub, and his-and-her vanity.

Four others will find their repose in the second and third bedrooms. Both sleep two guests each and have Smart TVs; there is a queen in one bedroom and two full beds in the other. Guests can use either of the two bathrooms; one with a shower and the other with a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, streaming service apps, WiFi, a DVD player, a drip coffee maker, espresso machine, a printer, beach chairs, beach/pool toys, and a washer/dryer.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.
