Incredible retreat for friends and families. Huge open floor plan with 30' cathedral ceilings and gas fireplaces. Natural light everywhere! Heated waterfall pool and spa, patio dining, outdoor kitchen, pergola and fire pit. 75” TV, office for longer stays.

15 minutes to the Strip, 25 minutes to Red Rocks, Hoover Dam. Close to supermarkets and eateries. Walk or bike to trails with incredible Vegas sunset views.

We offer free spa heating. Pool heating is $50/day up to 85 degrees.

Great House with Pool/hot tub
I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and helpful. The house was fully stocked, spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and yard were beautiful and easy to enjoy.

Wonderful stay!
The house is so well-stocked and ready for a relaxing stay! The outdoor area, pool, and spa are beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors! If we ever return to the Vegas area - we will definitely book this house!

Great Property!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was easy to get to and was very close to everything we needed. The home was well appointed and clean and the property manager Aaron was very responsive and helpful. The property met our expectations.
