Highly desirable waterfront home located on Fern Ridge reservoir in Veneta. This bright home has distinctive woodwork with lots of original charm & craftsmanship throughout. Large deck overseeing the reservoir; private dock included with property. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom w/ a jetted tub. The upstairs offers a loft bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. The detached cottage is fully equipped w/ kitchenette and bathroom. Just 20min outside Eugene.
