The updated kitchen opens up to the spacious living and dining area where you can look out the large glass windows facing the ocean while you cook meals and entertain.

Luxury extends to the 2 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom features new furniture and a Queen sized Tempur-Pedic bed with a newly renovated master bathroom. Upstairs, a private and spacious loft area features 2 full size beds which are dressed in the highest quality linens. The loft area also includes full-sized bathroom with top-of-the-line natural amenities and larger-than-normal clean, white towels. Our linens are fully washed prior to each check in to provide you peace of mind and comfort throughout your stay.

Sandy towels? No problem! "Béach Getaway" includes a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

This Southwind property is located on the second floor of the building facing the beach directly as you enter the resort. Parking is located in front of and on the side of the building. The entrance is on the second floor of the building and there are no elevators. There are stairs inside of the condo as well to access the second bedroom loft area.

Wake up every morning with a cup of coffee while you watch the beautiful sunrise and smell the ocean on either of your two private balconies.

Additionally, this property is located in close proximity to all of the resort amenities. Families and friends will certainly enjoy the pool and the beach located just steps from your condo.

Smell the beach? That's because you're so close to it! Local public beach access is directly across the street so no need to drive and find parking. You're already there! Other attractions in the area are state parks, escape rooms, Pier Park (shopping + entertainment), and many restaurants and bars.
