Fantastic Home & Location
We were two families staying here and the property was perfect for us. The Queen/double rooms are at one end of the house, and the King Master is at the other so everyone had their own space. Those two rooms and a full bathroom are separated from the living area by a heavy pocket door which is genius. The pool area is beautiful and gets sun from late morning until sundown. Everything was clean and adequately equipped. The location is amazing if you want to visit Siesta Key Beach, being about 12 mins away, but it’s also conveniently located to groceries, shopping, dining - you name it. The street itself is a quiet cul-de-sac so there’s no through traffic and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. David was easy to communicate with and readily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate to book his place! We hope we’ll get to come again!

Great location and host
This was our 2nd year staying with David. Expectations were above and beyond. David is always checking in to make sure things are going well. He responds to any correspondence immediately. Great location on a dead end street. Siesta Key beach is a 10 minute drive. It was an awesome vacation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice family gateway!
Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving break in the house! The house was clean and ready for check in when we arrived. The only thing we needed to wait for was a warm water in the pool. We needed to turn on the pool heater and wait couple hours. The communication with the owner was good and he was checking if we needed anything.

Another great stay
This is the second time we stay in this home and loved our stay. Property owner was very communicative as always. Some of the things that matter to us are beds are comfortable, pool was clean and the fact that our fur baby can go! Home was close to lido and siesta beach. Thanks Dave!
