We were on North OC for a wedding, but had some time for the beach. We loved how close to the beach this property is. I feel the place is nicer looking than pictures. We also found that having the linens, towels, coffee, and just about all other essentials, other than food, we’re a definite bonus! Especially the beach chairs and umbrella! Thank you to Jeff and Deb

Perfect getaway close to the beach
My mother and I could not be happier with this location, or with our experience communicating with Jeff and Deb. The home is clean, bright, and has the most comfortable easy chair I’ve ever sat in. Everything was spotless and well-designed, and the amenities (coffee, linens, soaps) were a thoughtful touch. We’re already hoping to return next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This property was clean and well maintained. It was stocked with essentials which made packing so much easier. Quiet location and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely return!
