About this property

Cozy house, right on the beach and on the golf course in a quiet urbanization

The cozy house is located 60 m from the beach and approx. 500 m from the golf course and one km from the international riding arena. The community pool for the urbanization is right on the doorstep.

You have the possibility to use our 2 bicycles to drive through the orange groves or to explore the old town center of Oliva or to go to the beautiful and sophisticated shopping area of Gandia. Today Gandia is one of the larger coastal cities in the region. It is a lively center of trade and tourism. Denia with its large harbor and fish market is 5 km away. There are good fish restaurants not only in Denia.

Valencia - next to Barcelona - is the most beautiful city on the Mediterranean. It is approx. 74 km to get there. Be sure to include at least one visit to Valencia in your travel time.

Both in Valencia and Alicante there are small, manageable airports that are served by many airlines. It is very easy to rent a car there. A car is highly recommended for a vacation in Oliva.

After the many activities that can be done here, it is nice to return to the house.
There you can choose whether to retreat to the east terrace or the south-west-facing terrace, or use the balconies that border the upper 2 bedrooms. In the upper area there is a spacious bathroom with a shower tub.

In the lower area there is a bedroom, a kitchen with all appliances, as well as a living-dining area with direct exit to the terrace and a guest toilet with shower.

There is a large brick barbecue on the terrace. Here you can end your evening comfortably with a glass of wine.

Of course, the large community pool can be used. The golf course can be reached in 500 m. It is an 18 hole golf course. In spring and autumn there are internationally known performances in the Oliva Nova equestrian center.

The house is very suitable for children, e.g. B. there is a baby bed. The pool as well as the plot of the house is fenced. The very wide and long sandy beach with dunes invite you to linger. It goes gently into the sea.

There are shops at the golf center, but also in Oliva and other places there are Lidl and Aldi and very good Spanish Supermercados.

Mit kleinen Startschwierigkeiten...dann top!
Aufgrund der Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war das Haus schwer zu finden. Der erste Eindruck im Haus und im Außenbereich war nicht optimal, es wurde aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Es fehlt z.B. an Beschreibungen/Bedienungsanleitungen für die Erwärmung de Hauses. Handtücher waren im Schrank versteckt. Die Küche ist dagegen super ausgestattet. Hilfreich war die schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin! Und die Lage ist top! Insgesamt knapp 5 Sterne verpasst, da nur sehr kurzer Aufenthalt.

Super Strandurlaub
Das Haus (es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte)liegt in einer gepflegten gated Community,direkt gegenüber dem schönen,sauberen Pool.Der Weg zum endlos langen,feinsandigen Strand(es sind Hunde erlaubt)ist kurz.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es fussläufig.Die Beachbars werden Mitte September abgebaut,dann ist der Strand fast leer. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben,sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Elektrogeräte sind neu und von guter Qualität.Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es ausreichend.Die Betten sind sehr gut.In der gut bestückten Küche ist alles vorhanden um zu kochen oder zu grillen. Die Vermieterin war im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
