The space
As you step into the house you are greeted with a grand foyer with high vaulted ceilings and the central staircase. Off the foyer is the family living room with a soft leather sofa and cosy matching armchair, the perfect place to curl up with a good book.
The fully equipped kitchen you need to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and built in microwave with plenty of space to prep meals on the granite benchtop. Coffee maker available to each guest during their stay.
Walk through into the sunny breakfast room which offers sweeping views out into the established gardens through the three large ornate windows. For dinner there is a formal dining room where you can gather and catch up with all your friends and family at the large dining table.
The master bedroom features a grand king bed with luxuriously soft linen and bedding. The spacious sunlit room has its own 50-inch smart TV, a large walk in closet and a sparkling full ensuite with a spa like bath and vanity.
The other three bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed with plenty of natural light. They each share a central bathroom.
The main living area is equipped with leather cinema style recliners where you can lay back and enjoy a movie on the 50-inch smart TV which offers access to your own Netflix and other streaming services.
On a warm afternoon, step outside onto the large deck which overlooks the 18th fairway of the Golf Course and finish the night with a glass or two of wine, the perfect way to relax after a day spent exploring the city.
