Located in a quiet neighborhood on the canal off Cotton Bayou, this spacious Bayfront home is chock-full of comfy and unique features! The large living room features cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and large flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and the dining room has a table and chairs for 4 guests and the kitchen bar seats an additional 7. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a bonus loft that doubles as an office and additional bedroom. Down stairs you can find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen bed while the other has a bunk bed perfect for kids, and an extra living room with access to the ground floor deck.
The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and a private ensuite that features double sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Each guest room features a comfy bed, flat-screen tv, and a full guest bathroom located between the two rooms.
The outside of this home offers just as much if not more than the inside! A private pool, covered boat dock, two boat slips, fishing pier, cleaning station, and of course ample outdoor seating for relaxing.
The partially fenced back yard allows for privacy and room for your fur baby to stretch their legs! (Please be advised this is a partial fence meaning that the sides are fenced from neighboring properties but the canal is not, please supervise kids and pets around the pool & canal.)
There are 2 carports and a circular drive that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles and a boat trailer. Our staff at Beach Life Vacation Rentals are here to help you plan the best vacation!!

The Perfect Peaceful Getaway
Everything about this stay was magnificent! It was beautiful and peaceful. Everything my family and I needed was provided. We didn't want our getaway to end. It was very spacious and had great amenities. I can't wait to revisit this home.

A Great Place To Stay During A Tropical Storm
Claudette tried to dampen our trip, but we had a memorial time here celebrating a Birthday and Father's Day with our daughters and SILs. The house and kitchen are well furnished and equipped. We had plenty of room and were comfortable. The ping pong and foosball tables were great to have available. When we couldn't use our boat or the pool, we were able to catch a few fish under the massive boat house. The neighbors were friendly and seeing the neighborhood on Cotton Bayou makes for a great boat tour. We had fun and I recommend this property for a vacation rental.
