Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nice great room, beautiful heated pool, split floor plan and large fenced in back yard. Located in a “small town done right” conveniently located near Tsala Apopka chain of lakes, the new town Depot and park, and Rails to Trails bike path. Incredible fishing, boating and biking adventures await on Florida’s “Nature Coast”. Less than 1.5 hours away from Tampa or Orlando Disney. Great place if you love kayaking, swimming with Manatees, or relaxing.

Great house, great manager!
We loved this house for our stay in Inverness! It was just as listed and the manager was so quick to answer any questions I had about the property.

Just ok
The pool was freezing cold even for the hot end of July. Even the men and kids, who usually never mind cold water, thought it was too cold. I did contact the owner who did turn it up. But even then, the water was too cold and I'm pretty sure it got turned back down. The pool deck area was extremely dirty. All along the walls there was a huge build-up of dirt and weeds were growing out of the deck. The front screen door didn't close correctly, which would be a very easy repair, not sure why it wasn't done. Could use curtains in the master bedroom over the windows as there were none, so there was no bedroom privacy. Lots of scraps and gangs on the walls from previous use. Paint all over things like the towel bars from extremely poor paint job(s). The master bed was like a rock and made it very hard to sleep. I've stayed at worse, but I felt the house was highly overpriced for what it was. I personally will not book again.

Check in was easy. Pamela was quick to respond to our questions. The property was clean and inviting, and accommodated all 10 of us. Just a recommendation to add more dish ware and glasses. Would definitely return.

Great place
Enjoyed our stay very much! Much more reasonable for 10 people than a hotel. Some adults had dietary restrictions so the fully equipped kitchen was great. The pool was clean and fun. Nice gas BBQ grill came in handy.
