This home is set on nearly an acre of serene space, providing the ultimate escape. Enjoy daytime songbirds, potential fox and deer sightings, and nighttime views of the vast, starry sky. Bring your boat (or rent one nearby) and launch nearby at Canyon Lake for fun-filled days on the water. Delight in a host of additional nearby outdoor venues and activities, including lakeside hiking, swimming, outdoor music venues, and waterparks.

Comfortable, contemporary furnishings set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, light the wood-burning stove and settle in to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of appliances and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar and when it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table. Or, dine alfresco beneath the umbrella at the new outdoor patio set on the scenic deck. The downstairs has been renovated to include additional space separate from the main portion of the house with a private entrance, queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

End the day by playing a game or two of cornhole or stargazing around the wood-burning firepit. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
