Beautiful Sterling Breeze unit with a gorgeous view of Gulf! 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom that sleeps 6! Can walk to Pier Park! As you enter this unit you will have a view of the beautiful layout Sterling Breeze units offer. The guest bedroom is located to the left and features a Queen bed, TV, dresser, two nightstands, closet, window view of Front Beach Road, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bunk alcove features two twin beds. The kitchen has all of the appliances you will need to make a delicious meal. There is seating for four at the kitchen island and seating for five at the dining room table. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom is located to the left of the kitchen and features a King bed, TV, dresser, closet, private access to the balcony, and master bathroom with two sink vanities and a walk-in glass shower. The balcony has beautiful views of the Gulf.

Guest pick up their parking passes and wristbands and the concierge desk for a fee.

Our room was nice and clean and spacious with all needed accommodations. The toilet in the master bedroom was leaky though and had to be manually reset each flush, and the grill on the porch did not work. The beach was pretty except for the street drain right next to the property, and the pool was nice. Would overall stay again.

Great place to stay.
The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. View from the balcony was great, every afternoon we watched dolphins and stingrays. Everything was great and would stay here again.

Nice!! unit just need some minor repairs
Sterling Breeze property has always been nice for our vacation stays. As far as the unit it needs some minor repairs. Once you contact the host they will give you more details. It worked out for my family of 5. I never had any issues PCB Host has always been awesome with communication. We will stay again because we are aware of the host and know what to expect of the unit in its currently condition. Thank you PCB host and teams!

Condo is great proximity to Pier Park. The condo was spacious and everything was just as expected. The only thing we didn't have was scissors, and we were not able to use the dishwasher. Definitely would stay here again!

everything was great except
Grill on balcony did not work (main reason for renting this location), dishwasher didn't work (major inconvenience having to do dishes by hand), couch was broken and couldn't be made into additional sleeping that was needed. condo as a whole was great, location was great, and beach was great other than these major inconveniences within our condo but was very disappointed with the condition of our room.
