Spa Waiver and Release of Liability Form
Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY RENTING THIS PROPERTY, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

To: Otniel Tjon Eng Soe (Owner of premises)

I wish to use your Spa during the agreed rental period at the premises. By choosing to use the spa, I recognize and fully understand that:
• At no time is the spa supervised or a lifeguard on duty.
• You (the hirer) are responsible for the safe operation of the spa and are responsible for all persons using the spa during your rental period.
• The use of the spa during your rental period involves a number of risks, including but not limited to:
o The risk of injury as a result of possible malfunction of spa equipment during rental.
o The risk of injuries resulting from slips, trips and falls in the spa area.
o The risk of injuries resulting from the lack of spa supervision.
o The risk of injuries as a result of running, jumping, diving or other similar actions.
o The risk of other injuries resulting from any other actions in the spa and surrounding areas.
• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not an exhaustive list of all possible risks, and
only provides examples of risks that could possibly occur whilst using the spa.

In exchange for allowing me to utilize the spa and surrounding area during my rental period, I hereby agree to the conditions laid out below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:

1. To waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against its owners or representatives, relating to my use of the spa and spa area.

2. To release owners and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I or any of my guest may suffer in connection with my use of the spa and / or spa area to any cause whatsoever.

3. To hold harmless and indemnify the owners or representatives from any and all liability to property
and personal injury, to any third party, resulting from use of the spa or spa area.

4. I can confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible for all persons in my group and
will adhere to all the rules of the premises.

5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon
me, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf.

I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by renting this property, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the owners and representatives, and I fully agree to
do so.

Perfect find in a great location!
From start to finish this getaway was amazing! Upon arrival we noticed the neighborhood was great. The neighbors were friendly and waved and said hi if they saw you. The house itself inside was a tad bit smaller then what we anticipated but it still had plenty of room to entertain. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could need.There was gym equipment in the garage for anyone that wanted to work out and a washer and dryer to keep up on your laundry and the cute signs in the bathrooms gave us a chuckle. The back yard is cute with a nice privacy fence. We loved that the home was dog friendly. We take our pups with us on trips and its so nice to have hosts that allow us to bring them. The dogs enjoyed being able to free roam around the yard. The hot tub was a very nice bonus to the trip. It was so nice to relax in the very clean heated tub and enjoy the jets. The location of the home is perfect. You can go visit many different places with just a few short drives. We took advantage of two different beaches, a water obstacle course, top golf, mini golf, and a couple different restaurants. The host was very attentive to our needs. If we asked about something he responded almost right away. When the coffee pot struggled to work properly he ran right out and had one delivered to our porch within a couple of hours. I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a clean Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

The Best
By far my favorite vacation rental! This place is all it claims to be and then some…very clean, welcoming, equipped with all needed in the kitchen, towels & linen and etc! Out of the 4 bedrooms only one has a tv, would’ve loved it even more if they’re were tv’s in the other rooms especially when there’s bad weather involved so can’t hang outside but for our short stay we made it work. The “game table” is useless cause pieces are missing or broken so just bring toys/entertainment for your kids especially if they get bored easily but other than that this place is my favorite place to stay and the host is so much more welcoming and accommodating! Thank u so much Mr Andy, you’re the best!!

Property Owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Home was spacious and beautiful. Had everything we needed except for cleaning supplies. Might need to hire a better cleaner but all in all it was perfect for what we needed.

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! Andy was quick to respond if I had questions, the house had everything we needed, and was a cozy space to be in between events!

Great 4th of July Getaway
The neighborhood was quiet we really enjoyed that, the little one loved the playground as she called it. Me and my sisters LOVED the kitchen so much room. The bedrooms were nicely appointed. Good water pressure in all bathrooms.the book that was sent to me was a hung help for a first-time VRBO guest. Looking forward to my next trip. Andy is an amazing host.

Lovely home
Nice, spacious home with large rooms. There were 9 of us in the home.for my oldest college graduation. There was plenty of space for all of us. The only thing I could think of adding would be more towels and dishes. Clean home, beautiful neighborhood, quiet and my little (who is 6) loved having outdoor things to play on.

We were in town for a birthday party
Everything was amazing but if you have problems with sounds of "fireworks", you may have a problem in that you can occasionally hear American Heros practicing at the nearby Marine base.

We loved the house..everything seemed new. It was clean and not crowded with tons of unnecessary furniture. Only suggestions we have as people that rent houses often..some patio furniture for the backyard would be nice. Other than that it was great and very easy for our Marine living on base to come and see us.
