Welcome to Grafenhausen!

We are pleased that you are visiting us on our site and would like to bring our beautiful region in the Rothauser Land closer to you.

The Rothauser Land with the municipalities of Grafenhausen and Ühlingen-Birkendorf is located on the southern edge of the Black Forest at an altitude of 450 to 1,100 meters in almost direct proximity to Switzerland. In good weather, you can even enjoy the wonderful Alpine panorama.

It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you in our newly furnished apartment for families, couples, groups or single travelers.

The apartment with 106 m² has the following rooms / equipment for max. 5 people (plus cot can also be added):

• Kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, sink, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher

• Bathroom: large family shower, toilet, sink

• Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200 cm), closet, mirror, balcony

• Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200 cm), closet

• Living room: large sofa, coffee table, wall unit with television, DVD player, beanbag, books and games (for the little ones), balcony

• Hall: cloakroom

A playground invites your little ones to linger and is right in front of the house entrance.

The Hochschwarzwald Card, WiFi, bed linen, towels, tea towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Free parking spaces are in front of the house.

We are happy to offer you a storage space for your bicycles, skis or other sports equipment if required.

hervorragende unterkunft
Alles hat super gepasst , so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon war für uns ein Hit da wir zum Frühstück draussen sitzen konnten. Ich hatte noch ein paar Fragen und mir wurde sofort geantwortet. Ich/Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Was besseres gibt es nicht.

Erholsamer Herbsturlaub
Eine gemütliche und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne empfehlen können. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Ein erholsamer Herbsturlaub in einer wunderschönen Landschaft.

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!
Wir haben lange gesucht um ein Mietobjekt mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem vernünftigen Sofa/ Platzangebot im Wohnzimmer zu finden! Diese Wohnung hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt Lage- Sauberkeit- Freundlichkeit der Vermieter und das Platzangebot der Wohnfläche! Und zu dem absolut fairen Preis dann noch on top die schwarzwald Card- welche sich wirklich SEHR lohnt und man eine Stange Geld spart ! Einfach klasse! Es gab nur einen Nachteil... das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und in der Wohnung Moritz über uns waren SEHR laute Gäste. Da fing jeden Abend die Völkerwanderung an, sodass unser Sohn nicht schlafen konnte. Da kann aber unser Vermieter nichts für- sondern einfach Pech mit rücksichtslosen/ nachtaktiven Gästen.... vielleicht einfach selber die obere Wohnung Moritz buchen ;-) ... dann erübrigt sich das Problem

Top Lage. Kurpark und Einkauf fussläufig erreichbar. Ausserordentlich gute und moderne Ausstattung. Allerdings fehlt der Wohnung etwas an Schwarzwald Flair.Trotzdem immer empfehlenswert.
