Perfect City + Beach! 10 mins to Downtown Charleston & 8 mins to Folly Beach

Our 4 bedroom/2 bath home is all about comfort and convenience. It is perfectly located in the desirable neighborhood of James Island on a quiet, friendly street. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy plenty of space, as well as excellent beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is sparkling clean and has a large backyard with a fire-pit. We provide many amenities, including strong WiFi and a washing machine and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway.

The home has 1510 square feet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and 2 of the rooms have queens. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed. We provide clean linens and towels, and the home is professionally cleaned between stays. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you may need, including plenty of dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, etc. The backyard is very private and has an outdoor seating area and fire-pit you are welcome to use. There is a lovely front porch with rocking chairs that many people enjoy. The neighborhood is wonderful - it is quiet, peaceful and has very little traffic going by. You are welcome to bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway. There is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku. It is not a Smart TV and it does not have regular TV, cable, streaming devices, etc.

No parties or loud music/noises. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood. You can bring up to 2 cars. This is a strict limit - no exceptions.
There is a firepit you can use, but you must follow the fire safety rules we post at the house. If you'd like a copy beforehand please message us.
The yard has a drainage ditch that can fill with water. The yard also has uneven dirt. Children must be supervised, and only go if you're sure-footed.

Great Set Up
I stayed with some friends at this location for three nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and enjoyed the ample space. Perfect spot for a few graduate students to set up and work while on a field study. Clean, nice, and great location. We were about a 12 minute commute to the Battery. Would recommend!
