Condo was nice but A/C and TV issues
The condo was gorgeous and pool and balcony views beautiful, the only 2 problems we had was trying to get help from night 1 over the TV in main living room Not working I called property management and emailed multiple times and nothing over the 5 days we stayed and the only other problem we had was we never got the temp in the condo below 74. We had the AC set on 69 and ale security what can we do since we couldn’t get an answer from our calls and emails. So we ended up leaving windows and balcony doors cracked open when we was in the condo and when we slept.

Not 4 minute walk to the beach!
Security girl was so helpful when we first arrived! They were painting the outside and door numbers were not on the doors. I kept waiting for a email with instructions but never received it or so I thought! It was in my junk folder. There was a lot of information that I didn’t get until day of arrival! Over all it was a good vacation!!!

Beach Getaway
We had a great time and the condo was fabulous! Away from the town, very quiet & clean. Just a short walk away from the beach.

Good location but …
My family & I enjoy staying in the Fort Morgan area because it seems to be more relaxing & family style than staying in the busy part of town. This condo wasn’t nothing fancy .. had plenty of room for my group. Was a short walk to the beach .. The ac didn’t work that good & we contacted the cleaning lady & owner … the cleaning lady said she was gonna bring a few filter for the unit & never showed up . There was fans thankfully in the condo even tho they were dirty with lent & dust . The pool closes at 8 instead of 10 . That was really disappointing for the kids . This place wasn’t a bad rent other than the air not working good .
