Apartment for 2 persons - FeWo Nixentraum + FeWo beach lounge Louie

We offer you a lovingly furnished, new apartment (2 adults) with 60 square meters, divided into a spacious living area with sofa bed, dining table, balcony facing south and high quality, fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with a large double bed. An indivduell designed with tiles and natural stone unique bathroom, and a corridor complete the apartment.

Our newly built in 2015 residential building is located in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom. We offer modern, lovingly and friendly furnished apartments on three floors. For each Ferienwohung a parking space is available. All apartments are equipped with a balcony / terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.  Free WiFi is available in the house.

Angenehmer Urlaub, FeWo liegt direkt neben Feuerwehr, Check-In erfolgt in nahegelegenem Laden, FeWo ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet

Lage der Wohnung nicht ideal, gegenüber ist die Feuerwehr und der Platz der Feuerwehr ist hell erleuchtet in der Nacht, das Licht scheint in das Schlafzimmer. Es sollte über ordentliche Jalousien nachgedacht werden. Ist die Wohnung obendrüber vermietet hört man jeden Schritt. Der treppenaufgang ist noch eine Baustelle.

Schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und modern. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat abends seine Ruhe. Zum Strand sind es so 10 Minuten.

Schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung und nette Vermieter!
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell den Strand erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist auch nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Bei der Ankunft ist uns beim Draufsetzen gleich das Bett durchgekracht, am nächsten Tag war es aber schon wieder repariert! Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit:-) In der Küche fehlt es ggf. an Kleinigkeiten zum Kochen (Schneebesen etc.), ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
