Enjoy the modern house remodel that was just completed in 2021! Updated kitchen and bathrooms, new lighting, paint, floors and furnishings throughout, including brand new super comfy beds, 4k HD TV and lightning fast WiFi.

Kitchen has all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

Use the washer & dryer at your convenience.

The backyard features private, outdoor seating that's perfect for a warm day or a cool summer night.

Our place is perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers (1-mile to Shasta Regional Medical Center; 1.9-miles to Mercy Medical Center).

This home is the absolute best spot to hide away in while you relax, refresh, laugh and swap stories after work or play in Redding.

The place was beautiful with lots of character and charm. Plenty of space to cook and hang out.
We had a lovely time and would definitely come back to this charming rental! Enjoyed the outside seating as well! Easy to get to all the shopping snd restaurants.

Great spot in Redding
We loved everything about this beautiful spot in Redding. Right across the street from the river trails and walk able to downtown. Loved everything about it!

Excellent accommodations in excellent location!
What makes some accommodations better than others? The biggest factor is the owners. Christian and Angela are Star Plus owners. They communicated with us throughout our booking, stay and departure. Location, location, location!!!!! We love Redding because it offers everything we look for: walking and hiking trails, biking, fishing and skiing (when there’s snow!). And, from 991 Center Street, you can leave the car keys at home. We walked to the sundial bridge, enjoyed an evening of music and wine at the Branch House, walked to the dam and back, fished numerous gravel bars on the ‘Sac”. All without getting in the car. The chamber of commerce was within walking distance and were a great source of information. And, when we had a mechanical problem with our car, an autop mechanic shop is 2 blocks away. We dropped he car for the day, walked home and enjoyed our day. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Redding should be at the top of your list. And, this house is the perfect location to explore from. Five star Plus!

Cute Cottage
The mix of some updated features with still having the feel of a small home from the 1930s was a nice comfortable, cozy, and quiet stay. Would stay again the next time I'm in the area.
