Met the intent for the trip
It is great if you just need a place to sleep for your family. the bare essentials as far as sleeping and kitchen arrangements. Little to no amenities to elevate the property. we bought a grill to BBQ. Again the property met the intent.

High School Baseball Tournament
The property was very nice! It was clean and very accommodating for us! It was only 10 miles from the Pensacola College where we played our games and 20-30 minutes from the beach! My only issue was one night we pulled up and the house on the corner had 2 cop cars and a crime scene unit there! This made me very nervous! But I can say it was very quiet and had we not come in at the time I would have never known! Overall we enjoyed our stay!
