Brand new green construction studio apartment in the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. 2 blocks from the light rail makes for easy access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, capitol hill, and Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle) via the monorail. There are also incredible restaurants, cafes, and breweries all within a few blocks walking distance. Free street parking with no time limit if you choose to drive.

Very clean, cozy and cute little apartment.
My fiancé and I both really enjoyed our stay here. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you would want/need for your stay. Ample free parking available on street. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I will be back!
Nick's Vrbo is an excellent property. Extremely clean and bright, well supplied with the basics in kitchen and bathroom (including hairdryer), an extremely comfortable bed, in a safe neighbourhood less than 5 min walk from Columbia City Lite Rail. There is a great PCC supermarket a few minutes walk with lots of good take out foods, and many affordable restaurants and Brew pubs and coffeeshops are nearby. I will stay there again and look forward to my next visit.

Great convenient location!
The place is great. Very clean. Quiet and convenient location within 10 minutes walk to the rail station. Nick was a great host and allowed me to check in early. Will definitely return.

Communication with the host was awesome, very timely. Parking was a bit difficult especially in the evening, but otherwise great stay.
