This cute complex was once an old Florida condo/ motel with efficiency beachside rooms and 1 br condos. It was converted into full privately owned condos a couple of years ago and that's when these 2 adjoining units became the cute condo they are today!!!
Every unit is individually owned and/or managed. We are so excited to be your host for this very special end unit with the best views on property! We pride ourselves in scrupulous cleaning and adorable comfortable coastal decor which was recently remodeled! You won't find another like this one at Coastal Waters! It's definitely a favorite!! Each bedroom has its own private entrance and private bath and they connect with an adorable living area and kitchen with the most amazing pool and ocean views! Enjoy those views from the freshly decorated living area or one of the 2 balconies! The complex has direct beach front access and is right at the
driving /non driving beach divider (so take your pick of where you'd like to set up for the day) Each bedroom has a king bed and set of bunks making the 2br unit the perfect set up for up to 8 of your family members or friends! (only 4 adults please as bunks (specifically top bunks) are for children only)

Perfect Spot for Attending a Wedding at Chase's on the Beach
We were meeting family for a wedding at Chase's On The Beach in NSB, and this rental provided the perfect location and space for our group. It had everything we needed, and ample space for our family of 6 (total, divided between the two units). It is also right on the beach, with a convenient taco/ice cream stand across the street. It was definitely better than any of the local hotel options that we have used in the past.

Units were very clean and well maintained. Great view of the beach. Nice pool area. Owner gave great recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat! We enjoyed our weekend girls getaway!

Great location and perfect for large families
Came for a wedding and added an extra day to enjoy the beach. Nice unit that sleeps up to nine comfortably. I liked the layout of the unit and we used the living room space for some family time. I particularly liked that the unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards, all of which we made great use. The pool is very clean and inviting. Two issues, we didn't have any shampoo, so that required a trip to the drug store and my wife claims that every bathroom needs at least one magnifying mirror. Otherwise, a nice unit, great value, and you couldn't ask for a better location.
