About this property

Charming, newly renovated, 3 bedroom farmhouse

Enjoy a tranquil stay on a small farm. Enjoy sunrises across the fields and rolling hills while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy beautiful evening skies while sitting around the fire pit. Mingle with the goats and ducks (fresh duck eggs are usually available for purchase). Conveniently located to Northampton, Amherst, the 5 colleges, restaurants and family activity. We are right next door to Snows Craft Farm and a few miles from Valley View Farm and Look Park Concerts!

This historic farmhouse has been newly renovated for your comfort and safety.
The first floor has a spacious living room with a 36” Roku TV, dining kitchen, mudroom and full bath. The second floor has three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a tempur-pedic mattress and a Roku TV. The other two bedrooms have full size beds, both very comfortable, charming with a nice view of the barn , animals and surrounding landscape.

Parking is located right next to the house for your convenience and safety. Included in the stay is access to the area around the barn and property. Guests can visit the goats and ducks when they are out in their pens. Guests are only allowed inside the barn with permission. There’s a garden sitting area for your enjoyment as well. Firepit and wood often available on request.

This is a charming house.
A friend and I stayed at the farmhouse to attend a wedding in Amherst. The farmhouse is cozy and clean. The beds were comfy. The yard is super charming with a big red barn, a fenced-in area with a small pond for the ducks, and a section for the goats. The goats are friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Heavenly stay in Williamsburg!
Our family just had the pleasure of staying at Scott and Karen's wonderful farm guesthouse and we recommend it most highly! The home is clean and well appointed and will delight you with its charms. Our family of five was quite comfortable, and the kids were delighted to visit the ducks and goats. We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the warm hospitality offered by Scott and Karen. The picturesque town of Williamsburg has a (locally) legendary general store and many much more we want to explore on our next trip. This one was short but sweet. Don't miss swimming at the local waterfall in the summer - Chapel Falls has a natural waterslide that offered unforgettable summer memories. Thank you for hosting us, Scott and Karen! We can't wait to visit you again.
