This two story single family home has so much living space for you and your fellow vacationers to spread out. Enter into a fabulous sun room with seating for reading a great book or chatting with family and friends. Through the next doorway, walk into a jaw dropping kitchen with a center island that will keep EVERYONE in the kitchen for cooking or just hanging out. A small table is situated in this space for breakfast or head over to the dining room for a shared meal. Off of the kitchen is the laundry area and another sunny room leading out to the large back yard. The front room on this floor is where you will find the main living room with TV. Two bedrooms are located on this floor as well as a full bathroom.

The second floor has the Primary bedroom with private bathroom. This room has a sitting area and access to the upper floor deck. Three additional bedrooms on this floor share a hall bathroom. Another living space is located on this floor with great views of the canal from inside or outside on the deck.

The backyard is large enough to hold your own game of kickball or corn hole tournament! Town is a short distance by car or hop on some bicycles to get on the Georgetown/Lewes bike trail. Or, you may just want to stay in this beautiful home and relax....

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Beautiful property
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this property and it is wonderful. The house is huge and bright. It’s nice to have bedrooms on the first floor for older family members who have a difficult time with stairs. The backyard is massive and great for family games. The location across from the canal is very peaceful. I was worried that the street would be very busy, but it’s not too bad. You can bike into town, which we did often.

Great house
The house was beautiful, and it fit all our needs. Our only complaint was not about the house itself, but the cleaning service, which seemed to be less than thorough, clearly only cleaning visible surfaces, without moving things to clean underneath, the vacuum cup hadn’t been emptied, was chock full, and it didn’t look the mop had been used in some time. The house wasn’t terribly dirty or anything, but neither was it spic and span. Aside from that though, we were very pleased with our stay.

From the widow's walk, you can see both the Bay and the canal. Stunning!

Beautifully Dirty Home
The home perfectly accommodates a party of 12, there's plenty of private indoor/outdoor spaces; it's very close to downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, and decently close to Rehoboth. The home itself is stunning and well furnished. My complaints (below) mostly circle around issues that could have been better managed by the property management company: 1) The home was DIRTY. The kind of dirty where, if you walk around barefoot (which some of us did in the beginning), your feet came up black. GROSS. I found nail clippings, pieces of fake eyelashes, piles of dead bugs, dust, residues, and grime ALL over the house. The bath mats already provided in the house were stained and NASTY. I seriously question if they've ever been washed. 2) Poor management of previous guests' leftover trash (it was overflowing on our arrival) and dishes left in the dishwasher. I'm very tired of having to manage these sorts of things while on vacation! 3) The linen package is ridiculously expensive, and does not include the making of, or 'unmaking' of, the beds. (A separate package) The linens are LOW quality; I felt like I was exfoliating myself every time I used the bath towels. 4) In this day and age, I think it's an absolute nuisance to have to stop at an alternate location from the rental to pickup the keys. 5) Flies and ants were in the home 6) Broke items: front screen door, upstairs TV remote, humidity alarm going off, rain shower in the master only allows scalding water.

Absolutely gorgeous house!
We had an amazing vacation at this property. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The house is even better than the pictures. There is a ton of space that allowed our larger group to spread out. The location is quiet and peaceful. I had worried that the road would be busy, but it really wasn’t. The view of the canals is lovely - lots of boats going by all day. The yard was incredible - it’s huge and fenced in. The kids loved playing there. You do have to drive or bike most places you would want to go, but we didn’t mind. It was our first then in Lewes and we will definitely come back.
