A chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with top of the line black stainless appliances, a large 8’ prep island with seating for 4, natural leathered granite surfaces and plenty of storage! Don’t worry about packing your small appliances, Serenity comes stocked with a griddle, crock pot, toaster, blender and Keurig combo carafe and single serve coffee maker. Start your morning at the coffee bar then sit on the deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you view the glorious sunrise over Mt LeConte.

The open floor plan makes everyone feel connected from the kitchen, dining area (seating for 8) and living area. Recline and relax on the luxurious leather sofas and watch your favorite shows on the large screen tv as the electric fireplace glows with vivid colors!

Don’t worry about fighting over the master! Serenity features two King master suites and a bunk room feature two twin bunk bed sets. All bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms!

Take a break from sightseeing and enjoy the fun in the upstairs game room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, arcade game featuring 60 games, and cards and board games! Or relax on the oversized reclining sectional sofa and watch your favorite movie!

The large jacuzzi is on the upper deck to maximize the grand views of Mt LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains! Watch the lighted Ober gondola glide by and the night lights of Gatlinburg come alive as the sun sets and cast beautiful shadows against the mountain backdrop.

Serenity also offers a large capacity washer and dryer and outdoor charcoal grills with prep area.

A maximum of 8 overnight guests, regardless of age, are allowed in this cabin due to city permits. No animals or pets of any kind are allowed in this cabin. The primary renter must be 21 or older to book. A copy of a valid photo ID must be sent to the host after the reservation is made to complete your booking. A rental agreement must be signed with the host by the primary renter on behalf of the entire party to complete your booking.

Is there a bedroom on the main floor?

Yes

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. There are also 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside of the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (with cone style filters).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

1 courtesy roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large HD smart TV. There are cable boxes on each TV. You can also login to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and YouTube accounts on each smart TV.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

The cabin features a pool table, and air hockey table. Additionally, there is a multicade arcade game featuring 60 arcade games. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. There is also a 7 person Jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved.

Are there bears?

Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 10 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as a hedge against unseen circumstances that may affect travel plans, and VRBO provides the opportunity to do so for guests upon booking. Currently there is no restriction on travel to our area and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
