Ocean Waterfront Home with Private dock close to town

Relaxing on the water has never been more convenient. The outdoor kitchen/bar is in the shade and on the water where you can park your boat or rental wave runners when you come back from your water sports adventures or eating at your favorite restaurant on the water. Fish clean out table is also right there for easy prep of the days catch without ever going inside. Paddle boards are included with life jackets to cruse the neighborhood and ocean bay. There’s a huge deck where you can suntan and socialize. At night the social areas are all set up with party lighting.

Amazing house with great location
This house is absolutely beautiful and charming. All bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The house has everything you need for water sports like fishing rods, multiple kayaks, tons of life jackets, etc. Host is easy to get in touch. I would stay here again!!!

Wonderful property
We were celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation and acceptance into A&M and we couldn’t have picked a better location. Lots of water activities provided at the house and close proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart and used it to drive back and forth to the beach. Thanks for an amazing time

Great vacation home!
This home is even nicer than the photos! Everything inside is brand new - appliances, bedding, linens, finishes, furniture, TVs… every single thing was new and in working order. The property was very clean, neat and organized. (Which is most important to me) The owners thought of so many little details to make staying away from home convenient. Mark quickly replied to my questions and was so kind in accommodating us for a last minute trip. We will definitely stay in this home again! This one is 5 star!

Wonderful Rental
We have stayed at many rentals, and this one by far was a favorite for me. My family really enjoyed the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and comfortable. Oh, and the showers are dreamy! Great choice for a rental!
