You’ll have the best of both worlds here! This private 2-room guest suite attached to the main house offers a bedroom w/ full bathroom and closet as well as a separate sitting room w/ patio. It’s a perfect place to unwind in a serene and peaceful setting, but is just 7 miles outside of the bustling town of Boulder. We provide all the essentials and more - quality linens, WiFi, microwave, mini frig/freezer, coffee maker, 47” LG TV for cable & Netflix. Historic Niwot is 2 miles east and offers breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and antique stores.
