A shell’s throw from the beach, located in Destiny East, is Beauty and the Beach, a three story Mediterranean-style beach villa with a Spanish tile roof overlooking the Emerald Coast. Outfitted with endless amenities, substantial outdoor seating, and plenty of living space, Beauty and the Beach is the perfect destination home for making memories.

Beauty and the Beach is elegantly appointed from top to bottom. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home sleeps 14 people. As you enter through the grand courtyard, you’ll notice a plentiful seating area with a gas grill—great for relaxing and entertaining.

Inside, the spacious open floor plan invites you to kick back and relax. Coastal hues permeate the space, perfectly capturing the beachy ambiance. The living room is outfitted with a fireplace and plasma TV. The gourmet kitchen is flanked by a breakfast bar with five barstools. The dining table has seating for eight. The first floor features are rounded out with a powder room and a sunroom that has two twin beds overlooking the back patio.

Floor two has three bedrooms—two masters, both with king beds and LED TVs and one with an iron queen bed and LED TV. The primary master has casual seating overlooking the courtyard below. The other two bedrooms lead out to the covered porch. All bedrooms on the second floor have private baths.

The third floor is accessible by a unique stainless steel staircase, and is a true gem. There’s one room with two sets of double bunk beds and a half bath. There’s also a large sun deck with views of Lake Destiny.

Outside of the home, you’ll want to experience the Destiny East community. There’s a pool, hot tub, two tennis courts, giant playground, covered outdoor grilling area with two gas grills, and million-dollar IMAX clubhouse and gym.
