This studio unit is a true gem in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Located just blocks from the beach, easy walking distance. Short 3 minute drive to the strand area for shopping/dining. Located right next to Shykatz restaurant/bakery for an amazing breakfast and lunch! This is the lower level in a duplex home. The upstairs is completely separate and will likely have guests during your stay. The only shared space is the outdoor side patio.

This rental was beautiful with charm and very clean. The property manager pays good attention to detail to make your stay feel so comfortable. All the essentials are available. The location is perfect, close to the Historic Downtown and to the beach. 5 out of 5!!!
