This beautiful home is in an ideal location! It sits on a deep flag lot right in East Hampton Village and is just a short 5-minute walk or bike ride to town where you will find the ocean beaches, popular restaurants, art galleries, shopping, a public park/playground as well convenient public transportation stops (train and bus)! If you prefer to slip away to the ocean beaches, it's only a quick bike ride away to the exclusive Egypt and Wyborg beaches! The home is recently remodeled and has everything you will need for a great stay. It hosts a brand new heated pool, excellent indoor and outdoor audio, a newly added covered porch, a large BBQ grill, basketball court, a new outdoor deck with hot tub adjacent to the Master Suite and a 50AMP EV charger!! Indoors the home is newly updated and well-appointed with a modern kitchen, open living space, 3+ bedrooms (4th bed is a private sleeping alcove with king size bed with ensuite bath), 3.5 baths, and a well-equipped gym featuring free weights, a Peloton bike and a NEW Tonal weight system for guests to use while they stay. We've recently finished the basement adding 1000sq feet of relaxing fun. The basement features, a bar, pool table, shuffleboard, sleeping quarters, full bathroom, lounging space and a huge TV. Feel like going out on a boat for a few hours? We got you covered. We have a licensed captain, a luxury boat and are now offering boat chartering exclusively to our guests. You won't have to worry about weather or waiting for an available time, we will cater to your schedule!

Fantastic stay
My family and I stayed at this house over the summer and had an amazing time. The house is great, everything seemed brand new and my kids loved the finished basement. The location is incredible, right by town and minutes from Egypt beach. The owners are incredibly responsive (the most responsive I have ever seen) and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. They have thought of everything, from electric bikes to get to the beach so you can avoid parking tickets to the videos showing you how to use the espresso machine, they make you feel like you are at a five star resort.

Gorgeous house, lovely owners, incredible stay!
We stayed here with our two young kids and cannot say enough good things about this house. It was even more gorgeous than the photos and exceedingly well-appointed -- down to the espresso machine and delightful electronic salt and pepper shakers. We loved making s'mores with our kids over the fire pit in the yard and riding the ebikes to and from Egypt beach, which is a little more than a mile from the house. The house is also easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in East Hampton and Amagansett. Also, the owners are so responsive and attentive (we arrived to a bottle of rosé). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfection All Around
The property was exactly as advertised if not better. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of extra touches like board games, e-bikes and chalk for the kids. The homeowner was in contact immediately when messaged and everything mentioned was exactly as we'd hoped, despite our concerns that with a location this good it may be too good to be true! We had a fantastic week with our family and would absolutely rent again.
