Cute apartment in convenient location
This apartment was really close to the venue for our trip. We liked that there was dining within walking distance. Most of the time we had no trouble finding parking, but a few times we had to circle the block to find a spot. Apartment was clean, kitchen has just the basics. We slept well every night.

Recent stay
Unit is cute and was clean. Property manager was very attentive and check in process was easy. I made a few small recommendations for future visits. Only reason I didn’t do 5 star was due to parking. It is street parking and usually had to park on the side streets somewhat far from the unit. Additionally the bar downstairs was pretty loud every night until 2:30 AM.

Relaxing
It is obvious Kia has taken pride in appointing the VRBO with thought and care. Communication was good, as she helped us understand the street parking. Also thank you for the coffee. It is on top of a bar, but we did not find it to be disruptive at all.
