Good Stay
The house was great, clean, nice furnishing, great stay. The Vacasa service was disappointing at best.

Nice home, horrible company
The home was very nice. The pool needed some repairs, it leaked and the heater wasn't working. There was a pool guy refilling the pool every other day. It got so low we had to add water and turn the pumps off ourselves so they didn't run dry. Also a couple breakers tripped while we were there for the week, and the toilet in one of the bathrooms needed a new seal between the tank and the bowl. Otherwise the house looked very nice and was recently remodeled. The kitchen appliances were all new. The cleaners however didn't even cleaning til almost 6pm on the day we arrived, we couldn't even get into the house until almost 7pm which is absolutely appalling. They also did a horrible job, there was old pizza, pubes, sand, and toothpaste globs in the bathrooms that we had to clean ourselves. One of the comforters was dirty and they forgot towels for one of the rooms. Also none of the "touch points" were wiped, we had to clean door handles, railings, light switches and everything like that ourselves too. I was told a regional manager would call me and someone would bring out towels but neither happened. Vacasa refunded a cleaning fee for around $100. What happened to 4pm check-ins? If they're not gonna do the extra COVID cleaning I expect to be in the house earlier than 7pm.

Nice house BUT….
Nice home that can easily accommodate a large family. The pool area is great with plenty of room to relax! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for large meals. But the intermittent electrical issue that would consistently trip the breakers was very annoying. We did not have the ac blasting cold air nor were other appliances running all at once. Every evening, the breaker would trip in the living room and the stairwell for no reason. The breaker box was on the second level with the living room on the third. Not fun navigating an unfamiliar house in the dark. Vacasa promptly sent a repair man and the electrical company but neither could solve the issue. Did appreciate the help but that experience did not sit well.

A great place to spend a week!
Overall, a great space that had what we needed for a fun vacation! Comfortable furnishings without being stuffy or shabby, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, enjoyed the pool and games! FINALLY a house with hooks everywhere! Not sure why other houses don't do this simple thing. With wet beach towels, bath towels, swim suits, etc., convenient hooks kept them off the floor. Beach access was farther than we'd like, but manageable since we didn't have small children. The next update should be the top floor bedroom and bathroom... new bed and bedding, better lighting in both, remodel the shower to get rid of the shower curtain. It also annoys me that renters do not have full control of the AC/temp. I understand utilizing the energy efficiency settings, but the top floor was too hot at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The AC didn't automatically cool lower than 72. You could try to get it to 70 which was the lowest setting, but it took hours to reach that with day temps around 90 all week. For this reason you also need heavier window coverings on the top level like those on the middle level. The middle level temperature was comfortable.
