Fresh newly refurbished house & casita overlook the village. Greet your neighbors from your marquesina in the evening (they will greet you back!), or stargaze around the fire on the hilly rise behind your home. Walk to the Green Store, bars, clubs and even hike to the magical Playa Negra, a beach famous for its magnetic black sand.

And yes, friendly wild horses roam the village in the evenings!

We love Vieques
The house manager (Odi) was excellent and very attentive in taking care of all that was needed. We had some issues that came up with the home itself, but Odi and the owner worked well to make the situation right. The location was close to the boardwalk in Esperanza, and had easy access to a local store. We had a great trip, and this comfortable home was a big part of that.

Perfect spot for our group of 7
Three bedrooms in the main house, and a separate casita with queen bed, bath, kitchenette. So nice to have the separate space option! Lovely outdoor hang out areas with couches, chairs, overhead fan, and sun shades. Very sweet garden table and chairs under the trees in the garden. Mango and cashew trees!

Great Location, Perfect Beach House
This location is awesome. You can walk to the Tienda Verde for supplies. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Main shopping and dining road in front of the water. The house itself is very charming. It is nicely decorated, has a brand new washer and dryer, and nice spacious backyard with lots of outdoor seating. Expect to hear the sounds of roosters and chickens. Some horses will likely come visit you too.
