Located in the heart of the historic Treme neighborhood; a neighborhood known for its rich local culture and is also claimed as the birthplace of jazz in New Orleans. Take a beautiful walk underneath 100 year old oak trees to local cafés, restaurants, and shops along Esplanade Avenue or hop in a short car ride to the excitement of the French Quarter and Downtown to make this a perfect base for your trip.

Just a block of Esplanade Avenue, one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in the city. Treme is best known for its historic architecture, New Orleans jazz heritage, and endless magnificent oaks.

Subpar
As someone who is traveling on business, this rental was inadequate. The property management company was sufficient at communications, but the property is dated, rundown, and inadequate for occupancy. If a guest is singing looking for a place to lay their heads without any amenities, intentions of cooking, or not worried about noise or security then this property may be fine. For my needs it was not and I felt as though it was misrepresented.

Perfect spot for Fest or general visiting
This unit is cute, and very conveniently located in the Treme. It was a super easy commute to get to Jazz fast. It was also a great place to spend a few quiet days, visit the local coffee shops, and generally enjoy the street city. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Overall this was just a great place!
