un alloggio buono che potrebbe diventare ottimo
le cose positive : spazioso , con ampia terrazza , ben attrezzato ( armadi , mensole ,cucina spaziosa e ben fornita) , letto comodo , in posizione strategica per le spiagge , i negozi ed i mezzi pubblici , la comodità di un box auto , in zona residenziale tranquilla . le cose negative : una certa trascuratezza nella presentazione dell' alloggio ( piante morte sul balcone , l'ombrellone non utilizzabile perchè non completo). Suggeriamo un controllo sulla pulizia di stoviglie e frigorifero. nel complesso lo consigliamo
