Surfside Cottage near Navarre Beach

This cozy cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is seven minutes from Navarre Beach. Walking distance to a private beach with picnic tables and pier. We are ten minutes from over twenty amazing restaurants, bars and entertainment. The spacious kitchen, with open dining area make it a great open space. Nearby beach playground for kids. There is a zoo about five minutes away. Check out a great local bar / restaurant in Navarre. Something for everyone near the beach. We are not far from Pensacola as well.

This is a great place to stay. I would have liked a few hangers for my clothes and the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, but I would definitely rent it again.

The property was clean and close to everything. We will definitely be returning. Nick was very helpful and a great host. He is alo not a rip-off like most of the other host. I highly recommend this property.

Winter break from snow n cold.
Quiet neighborhood,any problems we're quickly helped solve w a phone call to Nick. Kitchen is in need of a few utinsels. All in all, it was a great week.

I have always dreamed of owning a home near the Florida beaches. I love the fact that there is a playground two houses down and you can walk to your private beach and pier from the cottage. I am hoping you get as much enjoyment out of this location as I do.

Why they chose this property

This property has that open concept and beach vibe. Its a 3 bedroom, two bathroom with a ton of storage space in the master bedroom and closet. The beds are all really comfortable. Close to everything you are looking for with Navarre Beach just 7 minutes away. Grocery stores are close. There are many Restaurants, bars and locals spots nearby.
