This home was thoughtfully designed to entertain with easy indoor and outdoor living, including areas to grill out and dine. Guests can overlook Tresca lake and watch the 30A vibrant sunsets on the third-floor screened-in area or relax in the tropical first-floor lanai.
This home features 4 bedrooms and an additional bunk room. The 3rd-floor living room is flooded with natural light all centered around views of the lake. The kitchen features granite countertops, luxury appliances, and a built-in dining table. The entire top floor consists of the master suite with small gulf glimpses and a private bathroom.
Location is everything with this lovely beach home. SeaLevel is directly across the street from the pool (seasonally heated) and a short walk to the beach. Tresca Place is a private, low-density beach community with only nine residences that features scenic views of Seagrove Beach and Tresca Lake. This luxurious neighborhood on the south side of 30A is distinct with exquisite architecture, large open floor plans, and luxury finishes.
The ground floor of the home includes an entryway with custom bunk beds and a half bath, plus a spacious lanais. On the second floor, you will find three guest bedrooms. The first guestroom includes a queen bed with a private bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The next second-floor bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom with a King bed.
The 3rd floor opens to a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room boasts a brand new 75" TV perfect for gameday and movie nights! The custom kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need for a meal at home! The dining area seats 8 plus 4 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will find a large, screened-in, outdoor dining room and gas grill just off the kitchen.
The 4th floor of the home features the master suite with another king bed, flat screen tv, and private bath, the perfect getaway after a full day in the sun!

Located in highly desirable Tresca Place right off 30A. Just a short walk to the beach! Bike to the Hub or into Seagrove to explore shopping or dining. Trek to Seaside or even Rosemary Beach - shopping and dining are both directions on 30A from the subdivision, many are an easy bike ride. Come stay with us! Enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths as you explore the whole length 30A.
Tresca Place features close walking access (about .1 mile) to the sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green water, and unbelievable sunsets. There is also a community pool that is seasonally heated.

Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and spare light bulbs - Please do not take our linens or towels to the beach.
An initial supply of paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.
A fully equipped kitchen including a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. You'll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops are within cycling distance. About 3.8 miles to Seaside Market and to the Publix Grocery store, but a super easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
