Come visit this fantastic end unit, 2 bed 1 bath, ocean-view condo just steps away from the beach. Located in the popular Garden City/Murrells Inlet area, you'll be greeted with a bright and airy beach getaway. Your home-away-from-home includes an updated kitchen, beautiful bathroom, cozy downstairs bedroom with queen bed, roomy upstairs loft with a brand new KING bed (as of September 2023), full-size washer & dryer, and plenty of storage. Enjoy the salty air on the private balcony with amazing ocean views or cool off in the community pool.

This unit has been recently updated with all new coastal décor and is equipped with everything you need for your getaway, so relaxing is all you'll need to worry about.

Your rental will come with bath towels (no beach towels provided), toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started on your stay.

A visit to the beach is just a short stroll across the street. The condo is 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport and 10 minutes from the popular Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a boardwalk with many amazing restaurants and entertainment. You are also close to anything and everything you need such as grocery stores, shopping, outdoor activities, and more. Sunset Breeze is ready for you to enjoy!

Parking: This unit guarantees ONE unassigned parking spot. We can accommodate a second car with 9 spots on the property which are first come, first serve.

Please note, this unit is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

When booking you will see a damage waiver fee included in the pricing. This is accidental Damage Protection providing travelers with coverage for accidental damage to a rental property during their stay and is in lieu of a damage deposit hold.

*Camera is located on the balcony for security purposes.

Myrtle beach trip
The property was clean and the decor was great. Beds were comfortable. Third floor was a little challenging - just getting bags and groceries up to the unit. Daneille was great - very conscientious and easy to reach. Overall we had a great stay.
