4 bed 2 bath single story beach house with amazing casita boasting a game room is located on a quiet street in beautiful Jacksonville Beach. This house features two comfortable living areas (one in the casita) with a pull out sofa bed in each so there is plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. The backyard has everything you need complete with a heated saltwater pool & spa with large outdoor dining and a Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your dream vacation or long term stay! The backyard casita gives your family plenty of room to spread out and comes with all the games you could need, a dart board, pool/ping pong/air hockey combo table, and an XBOX! We also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated.***
***Guests use pool and spa at own risk. ***

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit.

Beautiful property! So much fun
This place absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable. The set up of the backyard the pool, hot tub, the water features, and the Casita all just made this stay so much more fun! Our family loved it here and the kids had a great time! The additional amenities of things to use at the beach, makes it so much more simple when planning a trip here. The owner was very quick and responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again over and over again!

Property was clean, beds were really comfortable. Everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen appliances. Pool and hot tub were great. Close proximity to beach shopping and restaraunts.

Awesome property close to the beach
Our vacation was super. We had 12 people and everyone enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and we weren’t crowded. All of the activities available made it enjoyable to not have to leave the house. We enjoyed being close to the beach and went in the morning and evening. The management was courteous and quick to respond and resolve our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property for hosting a family reunion.

Close to Mayo Clinc and Beach
This place was the perfect distance between Mayo Clinic and the Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The pool and game room were great for the family just to hang out will we were there. The neighborhood was quiet even though they are working on the places next door they were very respectful and did not have a problem at all. We will definitely be booking this place when we come back for our next Mayo visit if its available.

We had our sons first birthday trip here and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and all of the games! There was soooo much included and management was so easy to talk with!! We will definitely stay here again!
