About this property

Ruffin' It at Kerr Lake | New Home, Quiet Neighborhood in the Woods, Lake Access

Do you need to unwind? Escape to the quiet of nature? Are you looking for some fishin' time? Are you looking for camping without the bugs, with the comfort of
AC, indoor plumbing, a comfy bed, but still able to enjoy the outdoors? Do you have a four legged family member who likes to travel?

If this is you, then we have the lake house at Kerr Lake built for you!

Our new home is nestled in the woods of the Merrifield Acres subdivision outside of Clarksville, VA.

Come and enjoy a quiet stay by the lake. A 4-7 min walk down the path in the back takes you right down to the lake for kayaking, boating and swimming. You can bring your boat and launch it at a nearby ramp and tie it up to the shore during your stay.

The streets in the neighborhood and the nearby wildlife management areas offer plenty of places for hiking.

The small town community of Clarksville is only minutes away and offers shopping and restaurants, inclusive of the microbrewery, Buggs Island; seafood house, Bridgewater Bar & Grill; pizza and subs at the Pizza Pub; and breakfast at Michelle's Home Cooking, all favorites of ours!

Our house also offers high speed internet for TV watching or working during your stay.

We call it Ruffin' It at Kerr Lake!

Great stay
The house is exactly as advertised. The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We went out and bought some other pillows because the pillows provided were very thin, but that was easily remedied! I would love to stay again.

Hidden Gem
The house appears to be newly built & was very clean and neat. The check in process was very easy. The home came with all needed necessities and, if you have a dog, the fenced in yard is an extra bonus. The house is located in a VERY desirable “private” development. My husband & I have been house hunting in Clarksville & looked at a house in this development—- hard to beat.
