San Carlos 1006 is located on the 10th floor and is a direct beachfront condo. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407 square foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen Guest bedroom 3. There is also a sleeper spfa in the living room. Unit 1006 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full size washer and dryer. Parking is at a premium, so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced.

Great Condo, Super Clean
Building and property were very clean and well kept. Beeches were groomed. Beautiful workout room. From the parking lot to the grilling area everything was spotless. San Carlos was the only condo complex we saw with a huge American flag on the beech. So proud to see that.

Condo needs updating. Beds creaked when you sat down. Master Bath bathroom lights flickered. Vent in room bath didn't work. Tv Remote had no cover and batteries dead
