Classic and comfortable, this three-bedroom home sits within walking distance of the beach and boat docks at the Pines Village at Bass Lake.

Inside, you'll find a space that has been thoughtfully redecorated with new, rustic-styled furnishings. Both of the main bedrooms upstairs have large glass doors that open onto decks. There’s also a front patio, a large back deck, a basketball hoop, and a backyard for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the heart of the Pines Village, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

Things to know
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Great location!
This place was within walking distance of everything this side of the lake has to offer. When we arrived we tried the 10-digit code several times and it would not open. Called the support number and while talking to them we finally got it to open. They asked us to try it again and it would not unlock! Had to try several times and then it opened. The keypad is very finicky. We ended up leaving the slider door unlocked when we left. Seemed very safe to do that. On a better note, the place was clean and spacious. Didn't really cook but heated up stuff. Stove was confusing to light but we figured it out. Loved the outside chairs. Mexican restaurant was next door which was nice for dinner and breakfast! We all enjoyed this house and will be back again. Hopefully, they will come up with something different for opening the front door. Other than that it was perfect!

Ok, needs some maintenance
Property met our basic needs, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The house needs some basic tlc; loose sink in one of the bathrooms, loose wall fixtures, fan remotes don't work, one tv the channel wouldn't change (universal remotes would be a plus for all rooms). The keyless remote didn't work, so when we arrived late, we had to contact property management. We were able to gain accees because the cleaning staff left a sliding door open, not a very safe, secure, feeling at 10pm in a strange house. Maintenence did come and fix the keyless entry the next morning. Also, cleaning staff left only conditioners in the bathroom. Small inconvenience but one reason we stay in managed properties is the amenities are provided.
