My second time and the bed got worse
I am from north myrtle beach but live in VA now. I like staying here when I visit my family because I can take my dog and the house is clean. We stayed this time last year and loved it. I reviewed last year and said it was nice but the bed was squeaky. This year it was waaaaayyyy worse. The bed is so wobbly. If you move your foot or something small the whole bed shakes. It was so hard to sleep. The bed was the part that changed my experience. We only used the master. Also, now they have tvs in the rooms but there isn’t a remote or cable so that was disappointing when my niece came over for a day and I couldn’t keep her occupied. Please update the bed and get the tvs ready to use. Those are the 2 things that drove us nuts. I would stay again if I could sleep in a bed that didn’t move so much. I’m 50/50 about staying again which sucks because the house is so nice.

Place was not clean
The floor had sand all over like it had not been vacuumed. The sheets on the twin beds had sand and dog hair on them. The extra bathroom was not clean. Kitchen table had not been wiped off. Only 1 partially used roll of toilet paper in bathrooms and no extra trash bags. We arrived late so the next morning I reached out to the property manager about the cleanliness. They text me that they would send someone to take care of it. They never showed or if they did, they did not do any cleaning. The bed in the master had a broken box spring. None of the beds had good mattresses. The location was perfect for us, but I would not stay there again due to lack of cleanliness and lack of response from PM.

Fire hazard no hot water
This place was in a great location beautiful home and it was quiet clean to some standards but not to mine. There was blood stain on master bed pillow case. The shower was rinsed out not cleaned like should be. Windex works great on mirrors and all surfaces clean the mirrors and pictures. Should clean with HOT Water not cold nor slightly warm. The hot water heater must had been turned on 70 degrees because we never had hot water. The worst part was when the main breaker tripped and water heater breaker was the only one tripped with it. From a licensed electrician view (I am a 32 years Master licensed electrician)If the main breaker is tripping then you have a fire hazard. I hope they get this fixed immediately. Through all this issue they offered us some very cheap condo instead and not another house. So we had to stay the 2nd night in the house again afraid to sleep or run the heater or anything that may cause an electrical fire. This was January so it got down in the 30's at night. Cold house cold shower sucked. We came here for my daughters bday weekend to celebrate her bday and all our plans were ruined Saturday waiting on maintenance man to arrive (who agreed with me and said he had been telling them to get an electrician out there in the past) andfor the agency to call me to see if they were going to place us in a different home. My daughters bday weekend was ruined. Thank god the things I had planned refunded us most of our money back. I just think this place should do the same. I felt overcharged in the beginning due to being off season and it was only 2 nights. I want a complete refund let's see if they will do the right thing. Still debating if I should do my licensed duty by calling the fire marshal on you which would cost you in major fines if not shut you down completely to do a complete investigation on a your properties. Especially when you break the law and allow is to stay here when you already knew about the main breaker tripping issue and the water heater issue. I want a refund.

Very nice and homey!
When we were looking for places we thought this would be nice because we wanted to stay in the north Myrtle area. This is listed as nmb but it’s in cherry grove area and was perfect. You can have pets which is very nice. When you look up the address on google it just shows land. It’s probably fairly new. Everything is very nice and they keep every caught up. Nothing is outdated. The couches are covers in nice covers. The master bed was a little shakey but it was fine. There’s no bed like your own so keep that in mind. That’s the only issue you may have. I’d try it out though! The kitchen is HUGE! The kitchen and living room is spaced out perfect for big groups. The tv is smart so it has Netflix and all that. Keep in mind there are locals all around which seemed to not be bothered by anyone. I say try it out. You don’t need to bring dishes,towels, etc. Bring your own pillow if that’s what you’re used to. If you’re thinking of how far it is from the beach…it’s only 5 minutes away in a car. Don’t try to walk it. It will be quite a walk. Like I keep saying give it a chance!

Felt right at home
The property is on a quiet block with all newer homes. Close to restaurants. Huge kitchen and 2 nice size bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Would stay here again.
